New Santa Clarita Cities Foreclosures Updates and Interview Questions Video

Good AM everyone.  I just finished Chest and Tri’s at LAfitness and am a bit wiped.  I try to be a “palms off” the keyboard typer as much as possible – but my muscles are a bunch of jelly… Realtor Interview questions Santa Clarita

So, here it goes – we have a couple of items to discuss this morning related to the Foreclosures and Bank Owned real estate in the Santa Clarita Valley.  Below, are the most recent updates.  In fact, we have not seen anything hit the “bank owned”, “auction”, or pre-foreclosure realms for the past three days.

Today is the first volley of distressed real estate activity in Santa Clarita in a while.  If this keeps up, we will be able to determine that we are on the way to Healing as a Real Estate market.  But I am not keeping my finders crossed as of yet :-(
